Scott has industry experience spanning more than 30 years. Most of his professional career has been providing consulting and insurance brokerage services in the employee benefits field. He co-founded Cherry Creek Benefits in 1984 and has led the development of Cherry Creek Benefits into a regional firm. Scott has extensive experience in self-funded plans for mid-market and large employers. He has provided consulting and brokerage work for hundreds of employers over his career. His experience and expertise covers a broad range of employee benefits and compliance issues including health care reform. Scott has worked with numerous employers to create strategies and implement programs to positively impact the cost of benefits programs while providing benefits for employees designed to attract and retain valued human capital. He has built long-term client relationships over the past 25 years. His work includes speaking on employee benefits and related compliance topics. He has also served on various broker advisory and leadership councils for various insurance companies.
Scott enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid golfer who loves spending time with his friends on and around the golf course. He also has fun with photography, especially taking pictures of his granddaughters, as well as traveling and dining out.
