Retirement Services Explained:

Plan Enhancement – We serve as primary contact for all aspects of the plan by increasing your plan’s efficiency with a comprehensive review of the goals and objectives of your plan.  Based on the data, we then benchmark the plan to the current marketplace and many times increase the performance of your existing provider.

Plan Integration - Whether changing providers, merging or spinning off a plan, we develop data flow requirements, transaction timelines, blackout period communication, implementation guidelines and post merger integration.

Participant Education - We develop a strategy and plan for education and most importantly measure the results. We conduct and coordinate enrollment meetings and one-on-one education utilizing the latest techniques, including gap analysis. Focusing on the accumulation and distribution phase, we model your income pre and post retirement.

Plan Reviews – During these reviews we discuss overall plan service, plan design, operation, and results including deferral percentages, plan participation, loans, testing, enrollment, communication strategies and other pertinent items.  

Non-Qualified Services - We model the availability and specifics of various non-qualified plans to supplement the limitations placed on qualified plans.
